"I gave you shelter. I let you stay. You found your soul and solace in me. I helped you get up when you fell. You saw the world in its full glory because of me. I gave you hope and vision. I gave you the will and energy to fight. Fight against the world for what you believed in. I was there when no one else was. I thought you'd love me for all that i did for you. But, you failed me.
   First you fed me like a king. Gave me all kinds of food. Something every hour. I felt loved. But you weren't happy. You became sadder with every passing day. Then you starved me. You were disgusted with me. You shoved smoke down my throat. It was harrowing. I felt abused. I was being awfully wronged.    
    But you were still morose. When nothing was going your way, you cut me with blade. Once, twice, thrice everyday. It was excruciatingly painful. I protested. But you didn't hear. Then one day you stabbed me with a knife. I was dying and so were you. You killed us both. All because you were fat?" said body to the human.

Hello beautiful people,
   This is a post that highlights the evils of a negative body image. This has led to so many people committing suicides, opting for harmful crash diets, terribly painful and equally hazardous plastic surgeries, liposuctions and what not. There is nothing but impending doom for people who are not happy with their bodies and are ready to take extreme measures, just to make themselves feel good when they look into the mirror.
   This is absolutely wrong people. An imperfect body is the last thing you want to give your precious life for. If you want to look healthy and happy then opt for something that can transform your body in a healthy manner. The results of the shortcut methods are just as short-lived, as the name name itself. You're all beautiful. Just a little bit of gratitude, exercise and healthy food will work wonders for you-if you're up for it. Here's some food for thought- 
  • A healthy inside starts from a healthy outside
  • Every time you eat or drink, you're either feeding disease or fighting it
  • Your body hears everything your mind says, STAY POSITIVE.
So here's a challenge for you guys this month 
  1. Stop eating any junk/ outside for a month
  2. Completely eliminate refined sugar from you diet(Fruits and dry fruits are allowed) for a month.
  3. Walk briskly for 20 minutes everyday for a month.
  4. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day, for a month.
If you miss a day in between, then restart the time and do it again for a month. So there you have it guys. Stay beautiful and fabulous. Until next time people.
